CASADIO DIECI
La Cimbali are a world renowned manufacturer of coffee machines, commercial espresso machines and bean to cup machines. Developing espresso machine technology with the greatest forms of supremacy and ingenuity. This naturally demands a high price to conform to this standard. Previously La Cimbali has focused on the large big brands for the placement of their equipment. With the launch of their new range of Casadio Espresso Machines, this prestigious brand is now available to the open UK market at previously unheard of prices. The Dieci is a fully automatic espresso machine with four programmable dose controls per group. Available in 2 and 3 Group with auto-fill 10.5 and 15 Litre Boilers respectively. It also features a thermosyphon system that replaces the injectors with specific nozzles, and a thermal balancing system for consistent coffee. Along with “in-house” coffees, the Dieci is an ideal choice for the Takeaway market. It is able to accommodate up to 20oz cup sizes under the group heads without having to tilt the cup. Most “Takeaway” machines will only accommodate up to 16oz. To facilitate large drinks the Dieci has longer, extra wide, steam arms for foaming greater volumes of milk. It has folding plinths under each group to accommodate crockery cups when serving in-house coffees. The 2 Group machine’s power ranges between 2.8 - 3.4Kw and uses power in a different way. Therefore it only requires a 13amp Power Supply. There is a higher powered machine/upgrade to 4 - 4.5Kw but is not usually required for an average 2 Group daily volume.
