Commercial Coffee Machines to Lease as well as Buy. Coffee Machine Leasing is Tax efficient. A "Lease to Buy" or "Lease Rental" leasing of Commercial Coffee Machines, Espresso Machines or Bean to Cup Machines enables you to choose the best equipment for your needs without it affecting cash flow, and it can be owned outright at the end of the Lease period. There are many benefits to Coffee Machine Leasing. We explain the Pros + Cons of Leasing to help you determine whether Leasing is for you.

What are the Pros and Cons of Leasing

Leasing is not right for everyone and there are certain requirements. For any business old or new. It will definitely save your cash flow and is a good alternative to buying equipment when spare capital is at a premium. However, as with most things there are Pros + Cons to Leasing.

Should I consider Leasing Coffee equipment?

Pro: Leasing a Coffee Machine or any other equipment required in your business allows to get the best reliable equipment without having to pay a full cost upfront. By leasing your Coffee Machine saves your capital for other more pressing costs where Leasing is not an option.

Con: There is an element of "interest" with a Lease, as there is with any form of "borrowing". However, there are Tax benefits that can offset extra costs.

Pro: The cost of leasing equipment is generally deductable from taxable income. In our case, how this works and an estimate of how much is usually given by our Lease Company when they provide a Leasing quote.

Will my finances be easy to manage while I Lease equipment?

Pro: Making monthly payments over time allows you to budget your funds and limit unexpected expenditures.

Con: With a Lease; as with any other Financial Loan or Mortgage, payments need to be made on time. Payment defaults can result in re-possession and financial liabilities.

What Coffee Equipment will I have access to when Leasing?

Pro: All equipment is available on Lease. Leasing allows your business to have access to a higher standards of equipment than your business could afford if buying it outright. Making smaller monthly payments can help a business obtain a product that they would not generally be able to afford.

Pro: Leasing makes upgrading equipment easy. You may want a bigger, better machine in the future. You might want take advantage of new Technologies that are constantly evolving. At an optimum time during your Lease or at the end of the Lease period you continue your Lease with brand new equipment.

GENERAL FAQ's

Q. DO MY PAYMENTS INCREASE IF INFLATION OR INTEREST RATES RISE?

A.No. Your monthly payment is fixed at the start of the lease and so are unaffected by interest rate rises. This enables you to budget your cash flow more accurately. As inflation rises, because your payments are fixed the cost of the equipment reduces in real terms.

Q. IS THERE A TAX BENEFIT ASSOCIATED WITH LEASING?

A. Yes. A business wishing to acquire capital equipment has to seek the most tax efficient way when doing this. All lease payments are treated as an allowable business expense and therefore attract tax relief for the full duration of the lease agreement. Your accountant will be able to confirm this.

Q. SHOULD I GO TO MY BANK?

A. Using your bank for all your business funding is not a good practise. If you use all your overdraft facilities you leave yourself in a vulnerable position to react to any unexpected needs of short-term borrowing. Your bank may change the interest rate mid-way through a loan or reduce your overdraft facilities, which can dramatically affect the cash flow of your business. Sometimes banks will limit the amount they will lend you without further security such as taking a charge on your home. It is not financially prudent to have all you eggs in one basket.

HAVE THE BEST EQUIPMENT

Leasing enables you to choose the best equipment available with no cash outlay. This enables you to have the best equipment available with the latest technology and start to enjoy the extra profits this generates before your next lease payment is due.

CHANGE EQUIPMENT AT THE END

At the end of the lease you can either own the goods outright for approx. the cost of one extra monthly payment, or we can arrange to have your old equipment taken away and replaced with brand new equipment allowing you to have the best and latest equipment.
