Other types are what is called Combination Bean to Cup. They use real beans but with powdered milk and chocolate powder. Soluble machines use Freeze Dried coffee granules, powdered milk and chocolate powder. Once again coffee and chocolate are made automatically at the touch of a button. They are relatively low maintenance and useful in work environments where staff don’t want to be involved in the day to day cleaning of a coffee machine. They are not used as much in catering outlets these days as customers are more sophisticated when it comes to quality and taste and expect real bean/fresh milk coffees.
